Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Merchandise

Personalized merchandise

  • Personalized merchandise is non-refundable i.e. embroidered or screen-printed merchandise.

All Returns

  • All returns must have prior authorization. You must contact Caddens Sportstown Customer Service to obtain a return authorization (RA) code.
  • Please include the RA code with the returned merchandise. 
  • All returned items must be in saleable condition. 
  • All returned items must have original packaging and be in its original condition. 
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of product. 
  • Returns may be subject to a 15% - 20% restocking fee. 
  • When you receive your shipment, inspect all cartons before signing the delivery receipt. All shortages or visual damages must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. 
  • You must notify our customer service department of any shortages or damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
  • You must also notify us within 48 hours of receipt of intent to return merchandise.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all group sales returns. 
  • Please read above information on general merchandise. Unless specified differently under group sales, the information under general merchandise also applies to group sales.
