Returns & Exchanges Policy General Merchandise - We accept returns, however, exceptions do apply. Please check with customer service on all returns.

All Returns - All returns must have prior authorization. You must contact Caddens Sportstown Customer Service to obtain a return authorization (RA) code.
- Please include the RA code with the returned merchandise.
- All returned items must be in saleable condition.
- All returned items must have original packaging and be in its original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of product.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% - 20% restocking fee.
- When you receive your shipment, inspect all cartons before signing the delivery receipt. All shortages or visual damages must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- You must notify our customer service department of any shortages or damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
- You must also notify us within 48 hours of receipt of intent to return merchandise.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all group sales returns.
- Please read above information on general merchandise. Unless specified differently under group sales, the information under general merchandise also applies to group sales.
